walking in a winter wonderland.

Today was my first day off from both jobs. Why, well World Market said I will now be on call. Aka, if I see a call from them I will not be answering. haha jk But that was way awesome and exciting for me.
Today was also the first day of snow in Portland. It was no bueno. I had some errands to run and was not able to because of it. I tried and ended up just coming back because the roads were too slippery. Hopefully its all gone so I can go out tomorrow.
Anywho, here is a picture of my snow boots and the snow. Please rain rain make it go away!

All I Want for Christmas is....

my little kitty, Simon Lovey. She came with the name Lovey, otherwise it would be gone. She has some big paws to fill but I think she'll have no problem. So far she's been an amazing kitty, so amazing that I couldn't give her back while I was fostering her.

Oh and there was a christmas miracle today. Yesterday I left my super cute ceramic mug on top of my car and didn't realize it until I got home and couldn't find it. Today when I was at work I saw it sitting on the curb, in one piece, just a little dirty. A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE!
What a great christmas, if only I had tamales. Tamale lady I'm hunting you down on my next day off.
