i fought the law and I WON!

i kinda got a ticket. it was going to be around $500. i went to court, talked to the cop, and got it down to $120!! WOOO!! Good day, other than being stuck cleaning a room almost all day, not being able to find the freeway downtown and running around at the end of the day.
Now that I'm no longer a common criminal I have so much to look forward to! haha
-Moving! 80% out! that last 20% is going to be torture.
-After moving is done, I'm going to visit Allie in Seattle. Excited!
-My friend offered to make my birthday cake. now I need to figure out what to do for my birthday. boooo.
-saving money. I've been saving money like its cool. However,the stickler saving might be put on hold. Stacie is moving and we have lots of food places on the list. BEAST!!

aint no party in a sad sad city

well I can't say I've been bored. work has been crazy busy. People finally realized we have kittens. I've been working on this volunteer thing for what seems like forever (almost done).
I'm moving.again. I had a mini melt down the other night but pulled it together. I'm hopeful that I'll find something that will work. If the only thing bumming me out is my living situation then I think I'm doing ok.
I was mostly bummed about looking for a place to live and having to use my europe savings. I'm crossing that not so big ocean!

+ Saw Lanette, Cory and baby = excellent. Baby is super cute. I'm so happy for them and so happy that we don't need a high school reunion to k.i.t.

+++++++ Tomorrow is 4th of July!! So excited! I have an outfit picked out, hopefully it cools down so I can wear it during the firework ceremony. Its the perfect day to reveal the I'm super american bald eagle tattoo I got on my back.

Went out looking for a baptism outfit. Can't wear white....1. gross 2. thats like wearing white to a wedding but worse because I would be stealing the thunder from a baby.
Well I didn't find an outfit but I did find a rad whistle necklace. Maybe I'll wear that for the baptism so the whole shopping extravaganza wasn't a total waste.
Made some balls....seed balls. Shipping them out so I don't get searched at the airport.

I'm not proud to admit this. but I've been watching the troll they call the bachlorette.
The dudes are all retarded, she is lame and I shutter every time they say marriage and husband. How am I still watching this?

I gave a homeless person a blanket. I feel like that should mean that I will have really good vibes for at least a month.
Almost done with Harry Potter 5.....2 more books by July. AHHH!
Work has been going really well. I'm so happy to be there and truly enjoy working with the people and animals. I feel so lucky to have found such an awesome job. If only more people found awesome jobs in pdx so I had more friends and family around.
I have plans. Its weird, planning and saving money makes me feel so adult like. I think its mostly because I'm bored and don't want to spend money.

Anyway, home in 2 weeks!! My dad is excited, he calls me on his breaks from work on my days off. Hes funny. And I get to dunk a baby!!

whoop there it is!

This is by far one of the best weekends I've had in a long time in Portland. It was so relaxing and I got so much stuff done. I have a minor craft project that I need to get done by the end of the month but I have all the stuff for it and Annie Mae is going to be helping me so it'll be a success for sure.
I have a little foster friend, his name is Lucky. He doesn't like taking pictures so I don't have a good one yet.
My room is super clean and has stayed so for over a week. whoa, amazing. I'm getting ready to paint it so that should be fun. I'm also starting a new savings plan. Every month I'm putting 150 into savings. Then next year I'll figure out what to do with it. Either move out or go on a super awesome trip.....or undoubtedly I'll have some financial crisis arise but I'll at least have coverage for it. YAY!
